    NWD primarily operates in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland and actively participates in local industry associations and initiatives that support our commitment to sustainable development. Through these memberships, we contribute to policy discussions on climate action, green building standards, and sustainable finance, while staying informed of emerging regulatory developments and industry best practices. We have also signed charters and pledges covering areas including climate change, environmental protection, diversity and inclusion, employment, and supply chain, reinforcing our dedication to creating positive environmental and social impacts in the communities where we operate.

    To ensure consistency between our sustainability commitments and external engagement activities, NWD regularly reviews both its direct advocacy efforts and participation in industry associations. Where material misalignment with our climate-related commitments is identified, we may engage with the relevant organisation and reconsider our participation where appropriate.
